Mima graduated from the New Westminster campus of WCCMT in 2004 and has been practicing in Langley ever since.

She has always valued having a healthy work-life balance and has recently moved her practice to downtown Abbotsford to facilitate this balance further.

Mima's background in dance lead her to become an RMT. She saw firsthand the benefits of movement and how manual manipulation and proper biomechanics promote healing.

Mima's experiences include fascial release, trigger points, deep tissue and relaxation therapy. Her preferred area of practice is women's health.

Her style of treatment is a systemic full-body approach. She values input from her clients to work together to customize their treatments and by setting goals to work toward pain-free functionality and stress management.
