Karen brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as she is a BCRPA registered Group Fitness Instructor, mat pilates instructor, 3rd Age fitness, and Personal Trainer, with over 25yrs in the industry.Karen is also an avid Ultimate frisbee player, having played at the national level in the master's division.
