About Karen Street
Karen graduated from Utopia Academy Vancouver in 2012. She is certified in Rock Taping, and Smart Tools IASTM. Karen brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as she is a BCRPA registered Group Fitness Instructor, mat pilates instructor, 3rd Age fitness, and Personal Trainer, with over 25yrs in the industry.
Karen is also an avid Ultimate frisbee player, having played at the national and international level in the master's and great grand-master's division. She also challenges her fitness each year, trying new sports such as dance, swim-run, and triathlons. She enjoys tying in her passion for athletics, fitness and health with her massage therapy career, offering advanced home care advice so patients can take charge of their acute or chronic conditions.
