My name is Sydney Brown and I obtained my licence as an RMT in 2020.
My passion has always been working with people and learning about the human body, and with that, came a career in Massage Therapy.
I like to educate my clients on their bodies and what they can do best to help themselves. I use a very integrated approach and we will look at reconciling biomechanics with pain science in our treatment.
I use a variety of techniques including Swedish, fascial, neuromuscular facilitation, manual releases and stretching.
Furthering my education in the field, I have gone on to take Personal Training in order to serve my clients better in new, adaptive ways.
I believe everyone has something to teach me, and so, I look forward to what we can learn together.
