Nadine graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2017. She is a member in good standing of both the College of Massage Therapists of BC and the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of BC.
She utilizes a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, Neuromuscular therapy, Myofascial release, Trigger Point therapy, joint mobilization, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization).
Nadine is able to assist clients with a variety of neuromuscular and systemic conditions; including, but not limited to, chronic pain, arthritis, stress, headaches, sinusitis, muscle strains, ligament sprains, postural dysfunction, repetitive strain injuries like tendonitis, compartment syndrome, IT band syndrome, and nerve impingement syndromes, as well as whiplash and other traumatic injuries.
Nadine loves animals and has always been very interested in anatomy and health care. Prior to becoming a registered massage therapist, she was a veterinary assistant. Becoming an RMT was a perfect transition to extend her passion for health care from our four-legged friends to humans!
