Amanda graduated from the 3000-hour massage therapy program from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, BC.
Amanda has always had the drive to be a part of a health care community and was first introduced to massage therapy years ago when she was able to experience and witness the healing benefits firsthand.
As a therapist Amanda is proficient in treating conditions including (but not limited to) sports injuries, whiplash, chronic pain, tendinopathy, headaches, postural dysfunctions and many musculoskeletal-related and systemic conditions. She utilizes techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, active release, and Swedish techniques all catered to each body’s specific needs.
Amanda believes in mind-body integration as well regular maintenance to achieve an optimal sense of well-being. She has found a fulfilling career as a Registered Massage Therapist and is excited to help each individual reach their goal on their path to health and wellness.
