Amanda Maxwell is a highly skilled and compassionate massage therapist who graduated from the 3000-hour massage therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, BC.
Amanda has always been passionate about helping others and found her calling as a registered massage therapist. With years of experience, she has a deep understanding of the healing benefits of massage therapy. She utilizes this knowledge to help her clients.
As a massage therapist, Amanda is equipped with a wide range of techniques, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, active release, and Swedish techniques, which she uses to effectively treat a variety of conditions, such as sports injuries, whiplash, chronic pain, tendinopathy, headaches, postural dysfunctions, and many musculoskeletal-related and systemic disorders.
Amanda understands the importance of mind-body integration and believes in regular maintenance for optimal well-being. She is dedicated to helping each of her clients reach their health and wellness goals and is thrilled to be able to make a difference in their lives through her work as a registered massage therapist.
