I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with experience in EAP counselling and over 10 years as a Middle and High School Counsellor. A common phrase I hear from clients is that they had tried with many counsellors before finding the right fit. I am open to all clients and am unconditionally positive in the way I work. I work to help you live the life you want. Most recently I have worked with managing workplace stress and burnout, OCD and living with ADHD. I have a range of positive, mindful ways to help.
