Booking

How do I book an appointment?: You can book online through each practitioner's Jane App booking link (found on their profile page), or call our clinics directly. Chilliwack: (604) 846-2999. Abbotsford: (604) 850-9097.
Do I need a referral?: No. All services at The Healing Oak are self-referral. You can book directly with any practitioner without a doctor's note.
Can I book a same-day appointment?: Same-day appointments depend on practitioner availability. Check each practitioner's online booking calendar for openings, or call the clinic.

Do you accept insurance?: Yes. We offer direct billing to most major extended health benefit plans including Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife, Great-West Life, Canada Life, Green Shield, and many more.
What services are covered?: Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), Registered Clinical Counselling (RCC), Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture, and Osteopathic Manual Therapy are covered by most extended health benefit plans.
How does direct billing work?: Your practitioner submits the claim to your insurer at the time of your visit. You pay only the portion not covered by your plan.

Where are you located?: Chilliwack: #101 - 7408 Vedder Road (near Vedder and Gaetz, in Sardis). Abbotsford: 2632 Pauline Street (central Abbotsford, off South Fraser Way).
Is there parking?: Yes. Both locations have free on-site parking. Accessible parking is available near the entrance at both clinics.
Are the clinics wheelchair accessible?: Yes. Both locations are fully wheelchair accessible. The Chilliwack second floor (#202) is accessible by elevator. Abbotsford units are at street level.
