Tobi Taylor Stoeff, Q. Arb, Q. Med

Tobi Taylor Stoeff is a Qualified Mediator and Arbitrator and the founder of Evergreen Mediation and Conflict Resolution Services. Based in the Fraser Valley, Tobi works with individuals, families, and organizations across British Columbia, helping people navigate conflict with compassion, respect, and understanding.

Tobi believes that every person involved in a dispute deserves to be heard. She understands that conflict is rarely just about the issue itself—it can involve emotions, relationships, financial concerns, uncertainty, and significant life changes. Her role is to provide a safe, respectful, and structured space where people can have difficult conversations, understand different perspectives, and work toward solutions that are practical and meaningful.

With a background in criminology, criminal justice, legal services, personal injury, and vocational education, Tobi brings a broad range of professional and life experience to her practice. She has developed a particular interest in helping people navigate challenging family and interpersonal conflicts while maintaining a calm, balanced, and non-judgmental approach.

Tobi provides mediation and arbitration services in family, civil, workplace, strata, and residential tenancy matters. She also prepares Hear the Child reports throughout British Columbia.

At Evergreen, Tobi’s goal is simple: to help people feel heard, respected, and supported while finding a path forward through conflict. She believes that resolution does not always mean everyone gets everything they want—it means creating an opportunity to be heard, understand what matters most, and find a way forward that works.
