About Sierra Janzen

Hi! I’m Sierra, and I’m a recent graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (December 2024). I’ve had such a rewarding year breaking into my practice and truly enjoy creating a personalized, supportive space for each of my clients. I use evidence-based techniques—such as Myofascial Release, Pin and Stretch, and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation)—to decrease muscle tension and pain while increasing well-being and range of motion.
