About Saleen Lamoureux

Fascinated by the human body, Saleen studied Kinesiology at UFV in Abbotsford. She continued to graduate from the RMT program at VCMT. She is passionate about yoga, snowboarding, music & travelling.

Saleen believes that relaxation & stress reduction are vital parts of wellbeing that can be achieved through massage therapy. This strategy can be used to aid so many conditions by relaxing the body & mind through nervous system regulation.

Saleen enjoys providing massage therapy for rehabilitation, chronic pain, active lifestyles & stress relief. However, she is open to working with all types of conditions to broaden her skills & knowledge.

Saleen's massage style consists of slow & relaxing treatments that focus in therapeutically where needed. She is well practiced in reducing pain & improving performance by locating & working out knots, increasing joint mobility, correcting posture, providing stretch therapy & suggesting home care advice.
