Jessica is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping her clients improve their physical and mental well-being. She graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT), where her commitment to the profession earned her recognition for excellence in both academic and clinical practice.
With a background in soccer, rugby, and horseback riding, Jessica has a strong understanding of the body’s physical demands, which she uses to inform her holistic approach to therapy. Her treatments are designed to reduce stress, improve mobility, and support injury recovery, all tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.
Jessica works collaboratively with you to develop effective, targeted treatment plans that address your specific concerns and goals. She aims to create a comfortable, calming space where you feel relaxed and supported.
