My work is grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and a profound respect for each person’s unique story. I am honoured to walk alongside my clients as they process, heal, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel empowering, meaningful, and lasting.

As a trauma therapist trained in EMDR, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating CPTSD, PTSD, and a wide range of trauma-related challenges. My approach is informed not only by evidence-based modalities, but by over two decades of frontline experience across complex systems. I bring 12 years of experience working in Corrections, including leadership in therapeutic environments, as well as work with the Department of Defence. In addition, I have over 18 years of experience supporting children and teens within the school system. These diverse roles have shaped a deep understanding of trauma, resilience, behavioural patterns, and the impact of environments on mental health across the lifespan.

This breadth of experience allows me to meet clients with both clinical precision and genuine compassion, understanding not just symptoms, but the lived experiences behind them.
