About Emily Pankratz
Emily has a passion for health and wellness and firmly believes proper nutrition is essential to living a long and vibrant life. Within her practice, Emily takes a whole-body approach to health care, addressing nutrition, lifestyle, and environmental factors that may be causing unwanted symptoms.
Graduating from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in May of 2023, she gained comprehensive knowledge in nutrition and health. Since then, Emily has furthered her studies, specializing in working with individuals who experience complex digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, oncology support, and utilizing functional testing within her practice.
Additionally, Emily is a BioEnergetic (BIE) practitioner, a non-invasive, natural health modality that helps a person’s body recognize the “culprit" that’s causing their health symptoms and, in turn, allows for appropriate healing. If you are feeling stuck with your health and feel that you are at the end of your road, BIE is definitely for you!
Emily strives to create a judgment-free space that emphasizes a healthy relationship between food and our bodies. She is dedicated to empowering her clients to feel equipped to conquer their own health concerns and goals.
She believes that restoring health is a highly unique, individualistic process and cannot be a one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we can discover the root cause of your symptoms and find an effective and sustainable way to achieve your wellness goals in your season of life.
